Wearing the Appropriate Attire

When attending service the proper attire is as follows:

Men - Conservative dress is deemed as pants, collar shirt, tie or bowtie, and jacket with shoes (athletic shoes not appropriate unless medically necessary). Men should also avoid wearing earrings or excessive jewelry.

Women - Below knee-length dress with minimum 6 inch sleeves or below knee-length skirt, blouse with minimum 6 inch sleeves, hosiery and appropriate shoes (athletic shoes not appropriate unless medically necessary). Please be mindful that dresses with the back exposed or designs meant to be provocative with excessive cleavage are inappropriate. Excessive piercings and jewelry is not appropriate.

God's house is not restricted from those who are without attire to wear. The House of Prayer is opened to people in all conditions and circumstances. However, when you are aware and can do better, your best is required.

"Now therefore perform the doing of it; that as there was a readiness to will, so there may be a performance also out of that which ye have. 12 For if there be first a willing mind, it is accepted according to that a man hath, and not according to that he hath not" (2 Corinthians 8:11-12).
